MEZCAL JOVEN
Handcrafted in the central valley of Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico by the Maestro Mezcalero Don Zosimo Méndez, who harnessed an 8-year-old harvest of 100% Agave Espadin and applied artisanal process using a stone oven and copper pots.
Fervor is a Premium mezcal. A complex mixture of flavors and smells that confirm its fine origin. Brilliant silver color, crystalline, and great character. Its flavor presents in the first sip a balanced presence of agave. Subsequently, delicate fresh and fruity notes, mango, and green pineapple. The aroma is unique, exquisitely intricate, but wildflowers, anise, and fresh basil can be detected. At the end delicious, roasted corn, spices and nuts, almond and macadamia.
