Coquito trigo is a coconut cream based liqueur traditionally served in puerto rico. It is made with 1 year old rum, coconut milk, sweet condensed milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. The drink was commonly associated with the christian holidays, where it was traditionally served along with other holidays food. Now its so popular that in the U.s. We enjoy it year round.
