YELLOW LOTUS

Made with Gohyakumangoku sake rice from Toyama Prefecture and underground water from the Tateyama Mountain Range. When you put it in your mouth, the gorgeous rice flavor spreads out and the aftertaste lingers for a long time. It goes especially well with fish dishes. We also recommend pairing it with lean meat dishes. Carefully brewed to be enjoyed chilled and refreshing.


BLACK LOTUS

 

We carefully shaved Japanese Yamada Nishiki down to 28% and brewed it into a mellow-tasting liquor. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel a dry and sharp taste, and soon you will feel the gentle sweet aroma of Yamada Nishiki in the back of your nose. This is a sake that leaves your mouth feeling elegant and refreshing after drinking it, giving you a great sense of satisfaction. It goes well with any food. There are many enthusiasts who just drink without cooking.


PINK LOTUS

 

We polished our home-grown Yamada Nishiki to 51%. The ratio of lees, which is usually about 40%, is intentionally increased to 70%. This is a very luxurious Japanese sake. Low alcohol and elegant sweetness, Fruity scent and taste like mango. This is a masterpiece that overturns the concept of Japanese sake. Perfect as an aperitif or after-dinner drink.
